It's time to get your life back in order. Don't try to take things too fast--the truth is that it's not going to happen overnight. When you wake up tomorrow, your heart is still going to hurt. But the good news is that every day, it's going to hurt a little bit less. As long as you keep moving forward and keep looking toward tomorrow, you're going to make it through this.
Don't give in to those feelings of helplessness. There are things you can do to help yourself get through this time. Instead of focusing all your thoughts on him, remind yourself of all the people in your life who care about you. Let them comfort you. Buut even more importantly, learn to comfort yourself. Don't let yourself believe that you're nothing without him. Think back to all the happy times you had before you ever met him. Those memories are proof that you can be happy on your own.
You're going to get through this. Just keep telling yourself that until you start to believe it.

不断地对自己说,你会度过的,直到你开始相信为止。
