the first working day

today is the second day of my working day. i should have writen my working feelings and experience yesterday. but due to my unconfortable and exhausted body condition and limited time, i could not do it yesterday. i have too much to say and to write down about my first day working day.

i got up at about half past seven, and arrived at my company at about 8:30. the headteacher asked me to listen to the foreign teacher's classes and help her to maintain discipline. the first time i met that foreign teacher, she gave me a big smile, which made me feel warm and  confortable. i told her that it was the first day being in this company, actually it was even a first day and new start of my whole life, because i just graduate from school. i felt a little embarrased and timid encounting so many strange faces and a new living environment. but this foreign teacher, jennifer, just treated me a good friend and taught me dancing, which she would teach her student that morning. these kind of sports were almost going against my usual living way in my university, which gave me a big contrast. i used to be a quiet and gentle girl and did not like boisterous sports and  activities. but this kind of atmorsphere made me active and dynamic because children needs active teachers. seeing this, i knew i have to adjust myself and make myself melt into this hot-children-pot. so i tried my best to follow her steps to dance  in front of so many children, even though i knew my dance was really bad for catching. in the afternoon, i accompanied jennifer and students watching a magic film about a fantastic  beautiful white expansion skirt princess. there were also games teaching students showing their faces. jennifer asked her students to paste their nose, eyees, ears, mouth, hair on their heads, which  gave the students  a great impression about her lession and made these words easy for her student to remember. the greatest impression about her lesson was that she gave introduction about foreing countries' cultures, treasures, interest places, geographies, specialties and so on. in her lesson, there were always animals and cartoons loved by most of children. children were born with the character of illusion and miracle, so her lessons just catered to children's interest and taste and also broadened their horizon. in he end of yesterday's class, melady asked me to listen to the class of story tellingr teacher, miss tan. i think the main purpose for story telling is to practice children's pronunciation and body lauguage. her class is vivid and funny, which made her students fully indulged into her classes. i think after classes, her student will probably tell this story to others or spontaneously because it is really funny and memorable. after classes, i came back home and i was really tird and energy exhausted because my physical condition was not so good. so i just made some notes about yesterday's classes.

i have to make a conclusion about my first day's experience today. firstly, i think i am capable and confident to do my job well because i have armed and decorated myself with fluent listening, writting, reading and writting ability. i can tackle with all of the problems  happening in emergency situation. secondly, i can learn these nursery rhymes and dances quickly. the hardest thing for me is that i have to change my way of living and thinking, loving what children like, doing what children like doing.  i have to simplize my thinking way and make myself more like a childish adult. being lovely and naive is the nature of child bestowed by the god. we should cherish and respect children's simple thinking way, may we can also learn something from child if we pay special attention on their daily behaviours.

today, the main task for me is also to listen to another teacher's classes. miss he is another teacher i meet in this company. she is beautiful and fashionable, also amiable. from her classes, i can learn something from another aspect that is patient to children.we should allure childrem into doing something by giving encouragement and praise, which is much more effective than commanding. today i have also learnt another english song named DO RAY ME. i only knew the rhythm of this song before, but i could not remember the lyrics of it. today i finnally compeleted my wickness. i think from today's lesson, i just picked up what i have lost for so many years. to some degree, the smallest things that we have learnt or gained in our childhood will be a great treasure in future andwe may make fortune through these little bawbees. so i have finnally realised that everything is knowledge and if you have fully mastered it, someday, you will be proud to show it in front of others or teach others. maybe communication itself is another way to exchange what we have and promote each other. so we all like to talk to knowledgeable, versertle and eloquent people in order to gain something, that is why people with special background are always welcomed in our living circles.
