W: I see what you are getting at.
M: One thing interesting is people tend to exaggerate when they are asking about hand washing. In surveys, 95% of people claim to wash everytime when the actual observed real percentage is lower. So think about the fact only about 70% of people claim to wash their hands after sneezing or coughing.
W: The actual numbers there must lower too, ah?
M: Probably. 100%. You call that
W: You call that a bright side?
M: Well, the another alternative is the importance of washing hands. Now all we need is catching a slogan.
