my opinion of crying

I know that everyone will crying ,because they all have love and feeling .Sometimes people say that don't crying ,because they want us have strong will .If you crying is a good  thing ,i think .You'll crying because you are sad or have sonething make you feel bad .I think it's means you know you feeling .Sometimes crying is useful for us health .So crying isn't a bad way to meet something , people should have a way to apper their feeling .
Everyday is a new day ,
everyday is a good day,
so we should have a good mind to face everyday!!!
