Li  Ming : Good morning,professor David.Thank  you for agreeing to this interview .     I  would like to ask you a few questions about your life in princeton.Then i can write about it in our college magazine.

David long :  So what would you like to know?

Li Ming:      How long have you been in princeton?

David Long: I arrived here in 1983.I  have been here for twenty years.

Li Ming :       How come you chose princeton?

David Long:  I don't chose princeton. Princeton chose me!They offered me a good opportunity as professor here , so i decided to accept it.

Li  Ming:     How do you like your life in princeton,professor?

David Long: It is very quiet.I can get on with my research.I have a lot of visitors.

                    There are lots of  good things in my life here.

Li Ming:       What other interests do you have?

David Long :  I still play music with friends.

Li Ming:        Do you have special friends?

David Long:  Yes.There's Mary ,She is the daughter of a friend of mine and she visits me from time to time.She brings me little cakes and i help her with her arithmetic homework.
