YOUTH
青春并不仅仅指的是年龄，还有对待生活的态度。一个庸庸碌碌、悲观厌世的年轻人身上已经没有青春的气息了。而只要你心怀梦想，对世界充满好奇和求之欲，即使你已经七八十岁了，你的心依旧是年轻的。

Youth is not a time of lifeL; it is a state of mind ; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of will, a quality of imagination , a vigor of the emotions ; it is the freshnedd of the deep springs of life.Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity , of the appetite for adventure over the love of eade . This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals .
Years may wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self -distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
Whether 60 or 16 , there is jin every human being's heart the lure of wonder , the unfailing childlike appetite of what's next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope , cheer , courage and power from men and from the infinite , so long as you are young .
When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism , then you are grown old , even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up to catch waves of optimism, there is hope you may die young at 80.

青春是一种气质，勇气不断超越怯懦；青春是一种愿想，耽于安逸总为勇于进取所取代。此等气质愿想，不惟见于弱冠少年，花甲之岁，更易多见。步入暮年，非岁月累加，而是抛却理想之求。
年华流逝，肌肤不复柔滑；激情丧失，则会哀及心灵。忧虑、惊恐和畏缩，使人意志减退，清泉归为尘灰。
无论是花甲高龄，还是二八芳华，所有人的心中总充溢着对于奇迹的渴望，孩童般永恒不衰的对于未来的向往，对于生活变幻的欢娱。在你我心中都耸立着一座无线电台，只要它能接受到来自人类和宇宙关于美好、希望、欢悦、勇气和力量的信息，你就会永葆青春。
当你的天线收拢，你的心灵为冰雪覆盖，愤世嫉俗和悲观厌世之感，就会油然而生，即使年方二十，实已垂垂老矣。而当你的天线张开，时时接收积极向上的电波，在你年届八旬，辞别人世之际，你仍有望青春作伴。
