习惯了“红灯停绿灯行”，老百姓很难想象没有交通灯的路口将会出现怎样的景象。而日前上海某繁华路口的“大胆尝试”却让许多人直呼惊讶——在实施间歇性关闭红绿灯后，行人和车辆更加小心翼翼地相互谦让，该路口的交通状况不仅没有恶化反而有所改善。无独有偶，欧洲国家也开始计划逐渐取消街道红绿灯。然而，这是否就意味着中国真的可以和红绿灯说再见？把全中国不可计数的红绿灯关闭，以换来交通的畅通，这究竟是不是一个白日梦？

First, I would like to say that I am so happy to get the sofa for the first time, and I don't think that it will be the last. :)Ok, let’s get to the point. I hold an oppositive opinion toward this suggestion. Living in a city, we can see traffic lights nearly everyday. Thanks to these traffic lights, our cities are in such an order and the incidence of traffic accidents reduces. I cannot imagine that all cars are running on the road without traffic lights in Beijing. As we know, the traffic is very heavy during the rush hour in Beijing. And I am convinced that if there are no traffic lights at an intersection, everything will be in disorder and out of control. Policemen will have a really difficult time. It will take you more time than you expect to get home. At times we can see that some drivers even run through the red light and break the traffic rules. These illegal behaviors can cause serious problems. It’s impossible that everyone will be self-discipline to abide by these traffic rules. Here I have a proposal that maybe we can try this new suggestion in small cities and if it works well, government can execute this policy in other larger cities. Anyway, the most important thing is ,for the sake of our safety, that we must obey the traffic regulations.
