China will delay the mandatory installation of the "Green Dam-Youth Escort" filtering software on new computers, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) said on Tuesday.
工业部和信息技术（ MIIT ）周二表示，中国将推迟新电脑强制安装“绿坝，青年护送”过滤软件。
All computers produced or sold in China were scheduled to be installed with such software after July 1, according to MIIT's previous announcement.
根据MIIT以前公布，7月1日以后， 所有在中国生产或销售电脑都要安装这种软件 。
